ROCK

My friend asked me to draw a poster for his band. The requirements: Demons, Bats, Skulls, Flames, Telecaster, Wild Turkey...

Fuck it, why not..... sounds like fun.

Skateboard Painting

Here's a skateboard that I just finished painting for the "On Deck" gallery show to support the Montana Skatepark Association. I'm really excited to be a part of the show, previous years have included some artists who I really admire, so it's nice to be in good company. They sent me the deck and took care of the shipping so all I had to do was think of something cool to put on it. Been a while since I used acrylic paint, and remembered that it can be frustrating at times, but I'm happy with the finished product.

Sketching to make myself laugh

Sometimes I start drawing and what ends up on the page is pretty out there, but it makes me laugh. This guy ended up looking like a constipated Nicolas Cage in a Dracula costume.

Rebuild Japan

Here's a quick shirt I drew this morning. It's for a Threadless competition to raise money for the Red Cross that will go to help victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.
